3. Respecting Company Decorum and Professional Conduct:

    3.1 You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner while interacting with teachers, alumni, and other employees of XsGlobal IT.

   3.2 Show courtesy, tolerance, and respect for diverse opinions and perspectives within the learning community.

  3.3 Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior, whether in-person or online.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

    4.1 As a member of XsGlobal IT, you may have access to confidential information, course materials, proprietary content, and student data. You must maintain strict confidentiality regarding this information and not disclose it to any unauthorized individuals or third parties.

    4.2 Adhere to our data protection policies and regulations, ensuring that all personal and sensitive data shared by fellow students, teachers, or staff are treated with the utmost care and protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Guidelines for Blog Usage:
