Joining Terms and Conditions:

   1.1 By registering as an Alumni with XsGlobal IT, you agree to enter into an Alumni agreement. This agreement outlines the terms of your participation in our Alumni network and the mutual expectations between XsGlobal IT and its Alumni.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

   2.1 As an Alumni of XsGlobal IT, you have the following roles and responsibilities:

      a) Act as brand ambassadors for XsGlobal IT and promote the organization's mission and values.

      b) Support and mentor new joiners by sharing your experiences and insights, contributing to their learning and professional growth.

   c) Maintain confidentiality and refrain from disclosing any proprietary information or sensitive data of XsGlobal IT.

    d) Participate in promotional activities, such as sharing job opportunities, training programs, and other initiatives organized by XsGlobal IT.

3. Respecting Company Decorum and Professional Conduct:

   3.1 Uphold professional and ethical standards when interacting with new joiners, XsGlobal IT team members, and other Alumni.

   3.2 Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages learning, growth, and mutual support.

   3.3 Respect and adhere to XsGlobal IT's policies and guidelines, including those related to data protection and confidentiality.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

   4.1 Alumni are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any confidential or proprietary information shared by XsGlobal IT.

   4.2 Protect the privacy and sensitive information of individuals associated with XsGlobal IT, refraining from any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information.
